Park Road Retail Park, Faringdon

Contract was secured through a two stage tendering process, with the customer’s award to us made on the basis of our competitive commercial offering and the high level of understanding of the customer’s needs and drivers shown by our team throughout the process

The new retail park providing 30,000ft2 of retail units for tenants Waitrose, Aldi and Costa with Cotswold stone and high quality finishes throughout, extensive landscaping works and customer car parking.

Design and construct contract, building shells completed to the tenant’s specifications with excellent feedback on quality obtained from Aldi, Waitrose and Costa.

Junction improvements carried out on the busy A420 completed to satisfaction of adopting authority under 278 agreement, and high level of liaison with the Environment Agency ensured site drainage challenges were designed and installed to their satisfaction.
